I am an experienced Senior Health Worker within the NHS, with many years of experience supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey, from diagnosis and treatment through to recovery and remission. My role has given me extensive knowledge of women’s health, menopause and sensitive healthcare topics, alongside strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills. I work closely with patients and healthcare professionals, which has developed my ability to communicate complex or sensitive information in a clear, approachable and reassuring way. I am confident speaking to people from a wide range of backgrounds and understand the importance of authenticity, empathy and trust when discussing personal subjects. This professional experience also complements my work as a UGC and on-camera content creator, particularly when creating natural, relatable and informative content for women’s health, wellness, lifestyle and mature audiences.

I'm very happy with the video Claire provided me. It's relaxed and relatable, just how I wanted it. I had to double-check a couple lines but after clarifying they were also good to go!
