Charles is polite and responsive. The video was completed to a good standard in terms of background, tov etc but the camera work wasn’t the best. Great, delivered what was needed, only issue is that his phone camera is on the lower quality side and is shaky, apart from that it was delivered quick and was exactly what was needed. Revisions were also made super quick which is much appreciated. If he was filming on a new iPhone, this would definitely be a 5 star rating.
