When your Microsoft Azure cloud bill is higher than budgetted, I will make sure you get more Cloud for less. My method is based on my inside Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, I had worked at Microsoft as an Azure expert.
In a session, with you or your Azure engineers we will stop expensive/unused resources. I have seen over 100 environments, so based on your application I can predict which resources and VMs are not in use. Further a list of other topics range from Azure Advisor, Microsoft training, short-use resources, spot instances, reserved instances, Microsoft certification, budget alerts and Azure Cost management.
At the end of the session your monthly budget will already be lower, while having more functionality and knowledge about your own environment.
