I bring more than 14 years of leadership experience in military, space, technical, and professional environments where clear communication, sound judgment, and teamwork were essential. I have led teams of up to 60 people, coordinated operations involving more than 130 personnel, and worked across multiple organizations and countries. My responsibilities have included supporting systems used by more than 130,000 people worldwide, improving programs serving thousands of employees, advising senior leaders, and helping teams stay effective during complex and high-pressure situations. Throughout my career, I have helped teams perform under pressure, guided people through complex change, improved workplace processes, and turned difficult problems into clear, practical decisions. My experience is not limited to leadership theory. I have been directly responsible for people, performance, communication, training, accountability, and results. I now use that experience to help new and established leaders build confidence, communicate more effectively, make stronger decisions, and lead with greater clarity and purpose.
