As a Midlife Identity Coach I work with women who are at a turning point. Not necessarily in crisis, but feeling the pull of something new, a different chapter, a life that finally has more of them in it.
I'm an ICF-certified coach (ACC), trained in solution-focused coaching through Erickson International, and a specialist in Imposter Syndrome, that persistent inner voice that says you're not quite enough.
My coaching is grounded, personal, and built around you. I ask the questions that help you see yourself clearly and move forward with more confidence.
