My approach is direct and root-cause focused; your relationship to others starts with the relationship you have to yourself. When we work together, I blend a combination of my own personal relationship experience over the past 15 years with my training in ontological-based coaching, 3-principles-based coaching, somatics & intimacy-based coaching.
