Do I need to provide a brief before you start?
Yes — and I keep it simple. Once you order, I will send you a short intake form (it takes about 10 minutes to complete). It covers your product, your audience, your tone, and the sequence's goal. The better the brief, the better the copy.
I’ve never written a brief before. Is that okay?
Completely fine. The intake form guides you through it with plain-language questions. You don’t need marketing experience to fill it in — just knowledge of your own product and customers.
Will the emails sound like me, not like a robot?
That’s the whole point of the brief. Once I understand your brand voice — casual vs. formal, direct vs. conversational — I write to match it. If the first draft doesn’t feel right, the revision round is for exactly that.
Can I use these emails in any ESP (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)?
Yes. You receive the copy in a Word document. You can paste it directly into any email platform. I don’t set up the platform for you, but the copy is formatted to make that easy.
What if I’m not happy with the final result?
Message me before leaving a review. I’d rather fix it than have you disappointed. I’m a new seller building a reputation, and your satisfaction matters more to me right now than the transaction.
