I will perform an ACCA approved Manual J load calculation on an existing home for just $5. Home must be fully visible in Google Maps to qualify for the $5 price. Dimensions, exposures, wall area, ceiling area, and floor area will be obtained from Google Maps using remote-sensing technology.
Load calculations will be "block load". However, room-by-room calculations are also available in the extras section (requires full set of plans).
Purchaser of this gig will receive a one page pdf load calc.
