À propos de moi
Before launching Core Calls, I built my career in customer service and call center operations, working with companies including eBay and Spectrum, as well as supporting FedEx customers through a contracted call center. Those experiences taught me what exceptional phone support looks like and why every customer interaction matters. Today, I help small businesses bring that same professional experience to every caller through customized AI receptionist solutions.
