I build conversion-focused Shopify experiences for premium and DTC brands, covering homepage and product-page UX, conversion copy, brand consistency, customer journeys, email capture, analytics and CRO.
I also run my own physical-product ecommerce business, so I approach websites commercially as well as visually. I focus on what customers need to understand, trust and do next before they buy.
My work is mobile-first and centred on clear hierarchy, stronger product pages, lower friction and purposeful design. Every element should support the customer journey and commercial goal.
