For $5 I will provide you with a Non-Disclosure Agreement template. I offer 3 different templates:
1) General NDA (one party is discloser and one party is recipient) (Basic Gig)
Extras:
2) Mutual NDA
3) NDA for Employee or Independent Contractor (includes IP terms)
The documents provided are my personal templates created with blanks to be filled in by you.
