We had delays in delivery, but I understand those. The minis were *amazing* for the most part, a little dark in palette, but their awesome paint jobs.

Pros: patient and responsive, and work is ok. Cons: he started work late within the 30 days creating a rush, delivering late & seeming unfocused. Main con is that the pics he sent for final approval don’t match what I received. They arrived WAY more dull and hard to distinguish from each other, my friends commented mostly on that when playing.
