Does this Gig include proofreading?
Only so far as format and layout are aspects of proofreading. I include formatting in my proofreading Gig, so feel free to ask me about that.
Can you tell me about how you set your fees?
Certainly. These fees are calculated by the word, based on rates for formatting as described in the Editorial Freelancers Association's chart of median rates for standard services, plus a markup to allow for Fiverr's 20% cut. (Why follow the EFA's chart? Because I am a member of the EFA.)
