I offer thoughtful, reflective guidance for people who feel stuck, disconnected, uncertain, or ready for meaningful change.
My work helps you slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with what feels true for you. From there, we strengthen self-trust, clarity, and the confidence to move forward in a way that feels aligned, grounded, and genuinely believable.
Through honest conversation and deep reflection, these sessions create space to uncover what may be sitting beneath confusion, self-doubt, or pressure.
The intention is to help you understand yourself more clearly, reconnect with your inner direction, and take your next steps with greater honesty, integrity, and trust in yourself.
3 ways to work together:
Discovery - an initial session to explore what feels unclear.
Reflekt - a deeper guided session for insight, self-understanding, and direction.
Mentorship - a month-long support container with Discovery, 3 sessions, feedback, and open communication.

FAQ
Is this coaching or therapy?
Neither. This is a space for reflection, clarity, and honest conversation, not coaching or therapy. It’s also important to understand that I do not offer support for crisis or acute mental health situations.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Just come as you are — we’ll take it from there.
How is this different from coaching?
This is less structured and more reflective. It’s a real conversation focused on clarity, not a fixed method.
Which package should I choose?
Start with Discovery if you’re unsure. If you want a deeper experience, the Reflekt session is a great place to begin.
Can I continue after one session?
Yes. You can book additional sessions or continue with a deeper package. You can also add addtional time to sessions if available.
