Hello, I’m Craig and I love working with color. My color expertise is first class.
I will color correct and color grade your video for outstanding color and results.
I am a colorist which means I have superior visual skills for seeing and editing color.
I can work with original video footage or an existing video.
I can edit directly onto your video clip, or, I can edit from a still frame taken from Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve – Instructions for saving a frame supplied upon order.
I can supply LUTs (look up tables) if you are using the aove software. Note; These LUTs will generally work with other similar footage you may have.
I have 25 years of experience in professional photographic color and additional teaching of photography and digital color at University level. I started color rendering videos some years ago and enjoy it.
Come to a colorist – not to someone who thinks that a computer auto color is accurate.

I have two post graduate degrees in Photography (Fine-Art) and photographed in commercial studios for 15 years: Combined with being a photography lecturer and academic at RMIT University.
I have excellent visual skills and a high professional standard in using Photoshop and color grading video. I am also qualified in color management. Any image or challenge can be put before me and I provide solutions with great visual outcomes.

FAQ
What is the typical turn around time?
A few hours to a few days depending upon current workload and commitments. Your job is a priority to me and will be positioned appropriately in the work queue.
Do I offer revisions?
As per the description. I want you to be satisfied with my work. I generally offer one revision on all my work. A revision does not include a change of mind that drastically alters the project brief.
I have a Vlog 15 mins long and a single take – is that ok?
That’s perfect – length of a video doesn’t matter to price if it’s the same lighting and camera angle.
How can I supply my clips for color correction and grading?
You can supply your original clip/s, or a saved 'frame grab' in the .tif format. This is possible I Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro and Davinci Resolve. I will send instructions upon request.
Can I supply a LUT instead?
Of course I can. I can make a custom LUT from your footage that will also work on a lot of your other clips.
Can Prices be cheaper?
If you have ten clips from the same lighting then costs are drastically cheaper. Different clips with varying color will add to the work and therefore costs.
