I ordered sourcing of an very specific item out side of travel. Work is very strict and focused on the legal and with tiered system. Agree on a plan of action and on the price before you order. Maybe this will help you. I experienced discrepancy between what was agreed upon beforehand and at the delivery, hitting additional tier.
