Can I place my order directly through this Gig?
Please message me before placing your order. Your product must be received before your Fiverr delivery time begins. Orders placed before the product arrives may not allow enough time to complete the project and may require an extension or other order changes.
Where do I ship the product?
After we discuss and confirm the project, I will provide my Canadian shipping address. You then ship the product to me. I will send you a customized Fiverr offer after I receive the product.
Who pays shipping and import costs?
You are responsible for all shipping, customs, duties, taxes and brokerage costs. If any additional payment is required from me when the product arrives, I will refuse the package and it may be returned to you.
When does the Fiverr delivery time begin?
After I receive your product, I will send you a customized Fiverr offer based on the project we discussed. You accept the offer, and your Fiverr delivery time begins.
Will you disclose if my brand provides or gifts the product?
Yes. If a brand provides the product for me to feature, I will disclose that in the video. I typically work the disclosure naturally into the conversation, such as: “I reached out to the brand, and they were kind enough to send this over for me to try.”
Will the shoppable video appear on my Amazon product detail page?
Amazon determines which videos are displayed on product detail pages. Please ensure your Amazon listing is allowing videos. I publish the shoppable video to my Amazon storefront and tag the appropriate ASIN. I cannot guarantee product placement as Amazon determines that.
Can I provide my own script?
No. You can provide product information, key features or talking points. I research the product, determine what shoppers need to know, and write the script myself.
Can I choose how my product is demonstrated?
I choose the presentation style that best fits your product. This may be direct-to-camera, hands-on demonstration, or another format that allows the product to be shown clearly and naturally.
Will I receive a copy of the finished video?
A watermarked copy will be provided through Fiverr to complete the order. The video is created for my Amazon.com Influencer storefront and may not be used for your own social media, website, advertising or other purposes.
Will my product be returned after the video is completed?
No. Products are not returned after the video is completed. Please only send a product you are comfortable providing.
