I am a civil engineering student and I manage data and records for a government agency, so accuracy auditing and information systems are my daily work. I also have construction cost estimating experience. That means I understand what you are tracking, not just the formulas.

FAQ
My data is messy and not organized. Can you still help?
Yes. Send whatever you have, even if it is scattered across files. Cleaning and restructuring your source data is included in the Standard and Premium packages, and available as an add-on for Basic.
Will the dashboard update by itself?
Yes. You enter data in the log sheet and the dashboard, KPIs and alerts recalculate automatically. No manual updating needed.
Do you work in Google Sheets?
Yes, as an add-on or as the main deliverable. Just tell me before ordering so I build it natively in Google Sheets instead of converting an Excel file afterward.
Can you build a free sample first?
I do not build custom work for free. My gallery shows real systems I have built, and I am glad to answer questions before you order. For a bigger project, start with the Basic package as a low-cost paid test.
Do you use Primavera P6, MS Project or Sage?
No. I work in Excel and Google Sheets. If your project requires those tools, I am not the right seller for it, and I will tell you upfront rather than take the order.
What do you need from me to start?
A sample of your data or a list of what you need to track, plus who will be using the file. That is usually enough for me to get going.
