ByteRover v4: Implemented Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent Skill interfaces, enabling seamless plug-and-play integration across modern coding agents (OpenClaw, Claude Code). Designed the end-to-end v3 → v4 migration pipeline, automating folder-to-space restructuring, topic parsing, and rollback-safe backups. Built multilingual support for the memory engine, enabling agents to index, search, and recall project context across multiple languages. • ByteRover v3: Migrated legacy vector database storage (v2) into a structured, file-based context tree (v3), significantly improving retrieval determinism and inspectability. Implemented background sub-agent dispatch and queue handling for knowledge curation, eliminating blocking latency during active coding sessions. Co-developed an automated benchmark suite (brv-bench) to evaluate ByteRover against industry memory layers, achieving top-tier accuracy on LongMemEval-S (92.8%) and LoCoMo (96.1%).
