I was raised by mentally ill parents, who, likewise were raised by mentally ill parents, and until 2018 raised my children to have mental illnesses, too. I’m am bringing light the faulty programming I received through my lifetime. In 2018 my psychiatrist formally sent me on my way, having overcome Major Depression and PTSD in what he called a "Paradigm Shift."
I’m creating a graphic novel, a podcast and I want to kick-start our evolution!
I am available for advice and problem solving for parents and children of abusive parents and anyone in between.
