Can the bot be tricked?
I test with manipulation questions and show results, but no chatbot is perfect. I do not promise zero errors.
Does WhatsApp work?
Via approved business tools only, which may have their own setup and fees. Telegram is the simplest start.
Can I update the price list later?
Yes. You get a simple guide to update your documents without touching the workflow.
What happens when the bot cannot answer?
It tells the customer a human will follow up and sends you a handoff alert.
