Custom Excel Calculators and Landing Pages
À propos de ce service
Turn your pricing rules, job costs or quoting process into a clear, editable Excel calculator.
I build custom .xlsx workbooks using the inputs and calculation rules you provide: service pricing, product costing, manufacturing estimates, job costs and quantity-based quotes.
Includes:
- Organized inputs and automatic formulas
- Cost, price and margin calculations within your package scope
- Formula checks against agreed sample cases
- Short usage instructions and package revisions
Basic: 1 sheet, up to 10 inputs and 3 outputs.
Standard: up to 3 sheets and 25 inputs; cost categories and price/margin summary.
Premium: up to 5 sheets and 50 inputs; quantity scenarios, cost summary and printable quote view.
I use spreadsheet tools, code and AI assistance, review the output and test calculations. CNC Quote Kit is my self-initiated demonstration with fictional data, not previous client work.

FAQ
Can you adapt it to manufacturing or CNC quotations?
Yes, if you supply the relevant rates, cost rules, setup or cycle-time assumptions, and an example of the result you need. The spreadsheet is a calculation aid, not an engineering certification.
Can you deliver in Google Sheets?
This service delivers an Excel .xlsx file. Google Sheets compatibility is not guaranteed or included in these packages.
Do I need to provide the formulas?
Please provide how you calculate each price or cost. I can help structure the logic from your written rules, but undefined pricing policies must be clarified before the order.
Do you use AI?
I use AI-assisted tools and code as part of the development workflow. I review the output and test the spreadsheet against agreed sample calculations.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects or adjusts items within the agreed requirements. New workflows, extra sheets, added integrations, or changed business logic need a new scope.
Will you need my customers' personal information?
No. Please use fictional or anonymized examples and do not share sensitive customer data.
