Can you recreate a broken or discontinued part?
Yes, provided you can supply enough measurements and references. Send clear photos of the original part, its mating components and any damaged areas. I’ll review whether the geometry can be reconstructed before you order.
What information do you need to design a bracket, mount or adapter?
I need dimensions, mounting-hole locations, connection details and the intended use. Please include expected loads, printing material and printer type so I can account for fit and printing constraints.
Will I receive editable files as well as STL files?
All packages include STL and STEP files. Standard and Premium also include native editable CAD files. STEP supports geometry editing in compatible software; native CAD files retain the model’s feature history.
Will the part fit and be strong enough after printing?
I design to the measurements and requirements you provide. Actual fit and strength depend on material, print orientation and printer settings. A prototype test is needed to confirm performance; safety-critical parts require specialist validation
Can you adjust the design after my first test print?
Yes. Included revisions cover dimensional and fit adjustments within the original brief. Send photos and measured feedback from your test print. Additional parts, new functions or a different design direction may require an extra quote.
