Leading product at SparkPay, a B2B payroll compliance fintech built for African businesses. I own the full product lifecycle across a platform serving companies with 20–1,000 employees, from discovery and roadmapping through to delivery and iteration. In this role, I built and deployed a 4-agent autonomous AI acquisition engine in production on GCP, reducing manual prospecting effort while improving lead qualification quality.
