What will I receive?
You will receive a polished Excel workbook with a dashboard sheet, data template, automated calculations and exportable charts. Standard and Premium include a short walkthrough video and documentation.
How do I send my data?
Send an Excel or CSV file, or share a Google Sheets link with view/edit access. If you only have screenshots, I can work from them but extra time may be required.
How many KPIs can you include?
Basic: up to 5 KPIs. Standard: up to 10 KPIs. Premium: fully customizable KPIs across multiple dashboards.
Can you connect to live data sources?
Yes — I can connect to Google Sheets and import CSVs. API or ERP integrations require prior evaluation and are offered as a Premium extra.
What is the revision policy?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 revisions, Premium 3 revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased as an extra.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery times are shown per package. Express delivery is available as a gig extra (48–24 hours) for an additional fee.
Do you provide training or support?
I include a 15–30 minute walkthrough for Standard and Premium. Additional training sessions or monthly support are available as extras.
Will the dashboard work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. The workbook is compatible with Excel for Windows and Mac; some advanced macros may require Windows Excel. I will note any compatibility issues before delivery.
Can you create printable reports or presentation slides?
Yes — I can export dashboard snapshots to PDF or prepare a 5‑slide presentation as an extra.
What do you need to start?
A sample of your data (Excel/CSV/Google Sheets), a list of priority KPIs, and the intended audience (shop floor, supervisors, managers).
