1. What file formats can you convert?
I can work with XLSX, XLS, and CSV files. Supported conversions include XLSX to CSV, XLS to CSV, CSV to XLSX, XLS to XLSX, and XLSX to XLS.
2. Will my original file be modified?
No. Your original file remains unchanged. The conversion is performed separately, and you receive a new converted file.
3. Will formulas and formatting be preserved?
It depends on the source and target formats. Excel-to-Excel conversions can preserve more workbook features, while CSV is a tabular format and cannot preserve features such as multiple worksheets, Excel formatting, merged cells, comments, or workbook formulas.
4. Can I choose which worksheet to convert?
Yes. When the source workbook contains multiple worksheets, you can specify the worksheet you want to convert when applicable.
5. Can you convert multiple files at once?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages are designed for multiple-file conversions. For larger batches, please contact me before ordering so I can review the scope.
6. Can you clean or reorganize my data during the conversion?
This Gig focuses on file conversion. Data cleaning, deduplication, correction, or extensive restructuring are separate services. Please contact me if you need conversion combined with additional data work.
