Can you generate project floor plans from pdf files, sketches or images?
Yes! If carrying that out might affect the usual project duration, you will be informed before-hand and on time.
How much do you charge for a rendered 3d floor plan scene or per image produced?
$50 min. Also, the complexity of the project and the size of the project's area (sqm.) might determine the need to adjust the fees for such project. If there's a need for this, you will be informed before the commencement of the project and in clear terms.
Is a project discount available in the case of the need of multiple scenes or renders?
Yes! We are glad to inform you that 10% discount will be available for projects that requires more than 5 renderings.
Can you kindly explain your work process or approach per project briefly?
1 - The project brief will be expected alongside other materials required to achieve the project goals such as floor plans, project references etc. 2 - Agreement on project fees. 3 - Initial production & test renders for approval 4 - Production of final renders after iterations.
