I am a former TriCounty Silver Medalist in the 400m Track and Field event, with experience in the 400m and 200m, with experience in building fitness for short and long sprints and endurance events. I have qualifications in Sports Education at A-Level and am currently studying for my Bachelors Degree in Sports Coaching. Additionally, I am currently coaching sports as a volunteer....
