Linxed turns extracurricular learning into a gamified XP and progress system. They had the product vision but no working analytics layer — the exact feature parents were meant to pay for. I owned that build end to end: designing the XP and progress-report calculation engine in Python, then a benchmarking pipeline that ranks each student against age-banded regional norms. I assembled a verifiable registry of 100+ government and research datasets across the UK, Hong Kong and US, and wrote the methodology, glossary and technical docs the rest of the team builds from. Worked directly with the founder and backend lead, and helped onboard the next developer.

ZeroCabin, a Chilean sustainable-housing startup, needed to stop guessing where to anchor a cabin suspended between four trees. I built the whole solution end to end: the optimization algorithms in a Python backend that compute and validate strut positioning across multiple methods, the frontend calculator users actually work with, and the infrastructure behind it — I advised on the hosting architecture, then provisioned and deployed the full web app on a VPS with nginx and SSL. The client confirmed full satisfaction and engaged me on a second product, Apptonomus, where I designed the technical architecture for an IoT rainwater-monitoring system (ESP32 sensors, FastAPI backend, ML consumption forecasting). Solo ownership throughout — algorithms, frontend, cloud, and deployment.
