I am a self-employed freelance Data Entry Operator and Record Management Assistant with one year of professional experience working with local shops, stores, and warehouse businesses in my nearby market area. During this period, I independently handled multiple data management projects and developed practical experience in maintaining business records, inventory details, and stock management systems through digital tools such as Microsoft Excel. I started my freelancing journey with the goal of helping small businesses organize their records in a more professional and digital manner. Many local businesses were maintaining their stock and inventory records manually in notebooks, registers, and hard copy files. My primary responsibility was to convert these hard copy records into soft copy digital formats while maintaining complete accuracy and proper organization. Over the past year, I have worked on different types of projects related to data entry, stock management, inventory tracking, and business record maintenance. My work included entering product details, item quantities, prices, company names, supplier information, warehouse stock details, and sales records into organized Excel spreadsheets. I also arranged and categorized inventory records company-wise and serial-wise to improve accessibility and management efficiency for business owners. As a freelancer, I independently communicated with clients, understood their business requirements, managed deadlines, and completed projects according to their expectations. This experience helped me improve my professional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills. I learned how to work responsibly under pressure while maintaining work quality and accuracy. Throughout my experience, I developed strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and digital record management. I regularly used Excel features such as data sorting, filtering, formatting, table creation, and inventory organization .
