Since the client ran QuickBooks Desktop rather than Online, sourced vendor lists, customer lists, and the chart of accounts through exported reports rather than direct account access. Delivered a complete, correctly structured JobTread account ready for the client's team to operate from day one.

The client had used JobTread for a year and needed a standardized, parameter-based quoting system to operationalize their estimator's expertise for consistent team-wide use. Discovered through a labor rate recalculation that margins had been miscalculated due to hourly rates set too low, which was being corrected across all job categories. Designed an approach using formula-based complexity multipliers tied to job category, pulling pricing directly from the JobTread catalog instead of manual entry, and worked with the team to establish a naming convention for managing global JobTread parameters cleanly across active and inactive use cases.
