FAQ
What will you need from me to get started?
I need your dataset, a brief description of your objectives, and any specific questions or metrics you want answered. If you need a dashboard, please also share your preferred layout or examples.
How will you approach my data analysis project?
I follow a structured workflow: understand your objectives, inspect and clean the data, perform the analysis, develop visualizations where required, and deliver the agreed results. This helps ensure the work is accurate and aligned with your needs.
What will I receive at each milestone?
Each milestone will have a clearly defined deliverable. Depending on your project, this may include a cleaned dataset, Excel analysis, SQL queries, Power BI dashboard, or a summary of findings. You will know what to expect before the work begins.
Can you help me if my data is messy or incomplete?
Yes. I can help identify missing values, duplicates, inconsistent entries, and other data-quality issues. I will also explain any limitations that may affect the analysis rather than making unsupported assumptions.
Can you build a Power BI dashboard from my Excel file?
Yes. I can help identify missing values, duplicates, inconsistent entries, and other data-quality issues. I will also explain any limitations that may affect the analysis rather than making unsupported assumptions.
How do you ensure accuracy?
I check the data, calculations, and visualizations throughout the workflow. I also compare results against the original data where appropriate and communicate any assumptions or limitations.
Can I request changes after a milestone is delivered?
Yes. I welcome feedback and can make agreed revisions to ensure the deliverable meets the project requirements. Any changes outside the original scope can be discussed before proceeding.
Will you explain the results of my analysis?
Yes. I aim to present findings in a clear, understandable way, highlighting important trends and insights. Where appropriate, I can also provide a brief summary to help you understand what the results mean.
Do you work with confidential business data?
Yes. I understand that business data may contain sensitive information. Please share only the information necessary for the project, and we can discuss any confidentiality requirements before starting.
Why should I choose you for my data project?
I combine an engineering background with practical skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI. I focus on accuracy, clear communication, and delivering useful results—not just producing charts or calculations.
