What platforms do you program surveys on?
I work with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Decipher (Forsta), Google Forms, and Microsoft Forms. If you are using a different platform, feel free to message me.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
You will need to share your questionnaire document (Word or PDF), the platform you want it built on, and any specific logic instructions (e.g. skip patterns, quotas, or randomization rules). The more detail you provide upfront, the faster and more accurately I can program your survey.
Can you handle complex skip logic and branching?
Absolutely. I specialize in complex routing and branching logic, including multi-condition skips, looping blocks, piped text, dynamic question display, and nested logic trees. This is one of the most common reasons clients come to me — when DIY logic gets too complicated.
Do you test the survey before delivery?
Yes, every survey goes through a full QA check before I deliver it. This includes testing all routing paths, validating quota logic, checking piped text displays correctly, and running through the survey on both desktop and mobile. Standard and Premium packages include a written QA report.
Can you program surveys with quotas?
Yes. I can set up simple and interlocking quota targets, soft and hard closes, and redirect logic for over-quota respondents. Quota management is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
