FAQ
Do I need to have a logo before ordering?
Yes. This gig is for creating a business card and stationery design using your existing logo. If you need a logo, that would be a separate project. Please provide your logo in a high-quality, vector format (.ai, .eps, or .svg).
What information do you need to start the design?
We need your logo, and the exact text you want on the card (e.g., Name, Title, Phone, Email, Website, Address, etc.). For the stationery design, we'll also need company details for the letterhead and envelope.
Are your files ready for printers like Vistaprint and MOO?
Absolutely. We are experts in creating print-ready files. We deliver high-resolution CMYK PDF files with the correct bleed and safety margins required by all major online and local printers for your professional business card.
What are source files?
Source files are the original, layered Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files. They are fully editable, allowing you or any other designer to make future changes to your brand identity assets easily. All of our packages include them.
I have a team. Can you create cards for multiple employees?
Yes. Once we finalize the main design, you can use the "Design for Additional Employee" Gig Extra for each team member. You'll just need to provide their individual information.
What is a Social Media Kit?
The Social Media Kit, included in our Elite package, provides correctly sized profile and cover images for your social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). These images will feature your logo and branding for a consistent online presence.
Can you design premium finishes like Spot UV or foil?
Yes. We can create the necessary print layers (e.g., a separate mask file) for special finishes. If you plan to order a luxury business card with Spot UV, foil, or embossing, please add the "Premium Printer File Setup" extra.
What if I want a different stationery item, like an invoice?
We can design a matching invoice or other branded documents. Please see our Gig Extras or send us a message for a custom quote to expand your business stationery set.
