What is included in the MEP sheets?
MEP includes mechanical (HVAC layout), electrical (lighting, power, panel schedules), and plumbing (drain, waste, vent, water supply). The Basic package covers one trade of your choice. Standard and Premium include all three.
Can you work with my architect's drawings?
Yes. I coordinate structural and MEP directly with your architect's plans to eliminate clashes and ensure a seamless permit set. Architectural coordination is included in the Premium package or available as an extra.
