À propos de moi
I am a general manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the self-service smart-device industry. I founded a High-Tech Enterprise specializing in OEM/ODM manufacturing, where I oversee the full project lifecycle from R&D and mechanical design to supply chain and mass production. Recently, I have expanded into overseas markets through cross-border e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Kickstarter.

Founded and ran an OEM/ODM factory for self-service smart devices (high-tech enterprise, ~30 staff, peak annual output about RMB 20M). - Owned the full cycle: R&D, production, quality, supply chain, sales and after-sales. - Ran custom projects for system integrators and brands: library, school and corporate self-service terminals, from quotation and sampling through tooling, pilot run and mass delivery to acceptance. - Developed and negotiated with suppliers, managed tooling, incoming and in-process quality, cost control and delivery schedules. - Led product development (NPI) for own-brand products: a desk smart planter and a car air companion, taken from concept to Kickstarter and Amazon. - Applied for and maintained high-tech enterprise and specialised enterprise qualifications. Since 2024 I also run cross-border e-commerce content and listings in English (Amazon, TikTok Shop), which is why I now handle EN-CN translation, product copywriting and short-form video editing myself.
