Conceptual Work Ownership:
Upon purchasing my gig, the buyer explicitly consents to the understanding that the designer (David Di Janni) maintains exclusive intellectual property rights, encompassing, but not confined to copyright, in all conceptual work, design drafts, and alternative logo proposals presented to the Client other than the final chosen logo design. In this case, the client or buyer attains all rights to the final chosen design.
