Six years ago, I founded Powering Your Strengths to bring together executive coaching, leadership development, organizational development, and facilitation into a practical, personalized approach to developing people and organizations. Since then, I've designed and facilitated leadership development programs, coached executives and emerging leaders, and built long-term client partnerships that continue to invest in leadership and team development. My work goes beyond one-on-one coaching by helping leaders apply greater self-awareness, strengthen influence, and create meaningful, lasting impact within their organizations.
