What information do you need to begin?
Please provide the overall dimensions, sketches, internal component layout, material, thickness, cutout positions, mounting requirements and preferred file formats.
Are the DXF flat patterns ready for laser cutting?
The files can be exported at 1:1 scale with clean profiles. Your fabricator must confirm the bend allowance, K-factor, tooling and production settings.
Which materials can you design for?
I can design parts for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Please provide the exact material grade, sheet thickness and minimum bend radius.
Which files will I receive?
Depending on your package, you can receive SLDPRT, SLDASM, STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, PDF drawings and rendered images.
Can you modify an existing sheet-metal enclosure?
Yes. I can update dimensions, cutouts, vents, mounting holes, doors, panels, brackets and flat patterns from existing CAD or drawings.
