I will teach live online yoga classes

Namaste, 

I'm Debapriya, a certified 500 hours yoga teacher (RYT 500) Level II certified by yoga alliance. I am also a Yoga Protocol Instructor certified by Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. I have completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology and also hold one year of counselling work experience. I am passionate about helping others achieve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through yoga and counselling.

I offer online live yoga classes on from Monday to Friday with 2 batches per day - one morning and one evening. Each session is 45 mins long.

My classes cater to all beginners, aspiring yoga students and are designed to help people who are in their late 40s or 50s and want to start to learn more on the foundations of yoga and to ensure they build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief. Moreover, I offer counselling sessions to help you work through any personal or emotional issues that may be affecting your mental health.

With years of experience in both yoga and counselling, I have helped many individuals improve their overall health and well-being.
