M.Sc. in Chemistry, I became a UX researcher by calling. I carried the same rigor from the lab bench into understanding people and services. I help businesses find where the customer experience actually breaks down - not where it seems to. In a recent diagnosis, the problem client pointed to (closing sales on WhatsApp) wasn't the real bottleneck: it was the energy drain of creating content on Instagram.
