UK building surveyor: scopes of works, dilapidations, defects

À propos de moi
I'm a UK building surveyor (BSc (Hons) Building Surveying) helping homeowners, landlords, investors and small businesses get building work right. I write clear scopes of works for refurbishments so builders price the same job, review schedules of dilapidations item by item, and give practical desktop opinions on damp, cracking, roof leaks and other defects from your photos and video. Plain English, editable files, delivered on time. Not sure which gig fits? Message me before ordering.
