Although Deen seemed to be cooperative, six revisions added an extra four days to the receipt of the correct document. This oversight delayed my submission, adding to the total cost of my project.

The site plan did not have all the information I needed on it. Deen was supposed to change the information if there were any comments from the county. Deen has responded now and will help finish.

Thank you! Will be purchasing again. Not detailed enough to submit to any local city board, or taking into account setbacks/stormwater, etc. But for the price, a great and very well done preliminary drawing.

Good plans. Response time great, but becomes delayed once contract is funded. Accused of not reviewing the plans prior to requesting the same revisions a second time, when in fact the revision was not completed until the second request. However he did apologize and fulfilled his agreement.
