While the team provided plenty options, the communication was lacking to ensure they were getting me what I asked needed. I provided as much detail and examples to inspire creativity. The first round of revisions appeared to not take them into consideration. Ultimately I received a design that still was rough around the edges and not what I wanted.

He did such a great job and was communicative during the process as well! I would work with him again and recommend to my friends! He also reminded me several times to look at the changes he made when I became too busy. I appreciate that.
