What is your revision policy?
I offer one revision for my error only, meaning I messed up your script or didn't follow a direction that was in your brief. I do not offer free revisions for opinions of artistic choices.
How will the video be transported to me?
I will deliver it in MP4/1080p HD format. Horizontal or vertical is up to the brand.
Can you send my product back to me?
Yes, please contact me for delivery instructions. Product returns require a self-addressed return label to be sent to me as well as a $20 handling fee.
Can your adorable dog be in the video?
Yes. There will be an additional charge for her to be in the video. We will discuss this when we chat.
Do I order then message you?
NO. Please message me before ordering. I really would like to chat with you about your vision, goals, and to make sure we are a good fit for each other.
