i founded gymbaddie coaching in 2023 an online coaching project made for women who want to get stronger, feel better in their bodies and build a consistent relationship with training. i work directly with my clients creating their workouts, checking their progress and supporting them throughout their journey. besides coaching i also manage the brand’s content, communication and social media, combining my background in sports science with what i’ve learned through years of creating content online.

i create content for my personal brand and collaborate with brands and companies to create content for their social media. i take care of the entire process myself from coming up with ideas and concepts to filming, editing and publishing the final content. through my content i bring my own style and personality into every collaboration creating content that feels natural to my audience while still communicating the brand and its message.
