À propos de moi
Books aren't just my job, they're my world.
I'm Dera, a professional beta reader who helps self-help and personal development authors see their manuscript through their reader's eyes. I evaluate clarity, actionability, and emotional impact the things that determine whether a self-help book actually changes behavior or just gets skimmed and shelved
Whether you're a debut author or publishing on Amazon KDP, I'll help you craft a book readers won't put down.

As a passionate beta reader, I help authors refine their manuscripts by providing honest, thoughtful, and reader-focused feedback before publication. I read each book from the perspective of your target audience while identifying strengths and areas that need improvement. My feedback covers plot structure, pacing, character development, dialogue, emotional impact, consistency, world-building, and overall readability. I don't just point out problems. I explain why they affect the reader and offer practical suggestions to strengthen your story while preserving your unique voice. I have experience beta reading romance, dark romance, fantasy, science fiction, YA, mystery, thriller, and self-help manuscripts. I pride myself on delivering constructive, detailed reports, meeting deadlines, and treating every manuscript with professionalism and confidentiality. My goal is to help authors publish a book that readers will genuinely enjoy and remember.

Dera provided precise, thorough feedback that was actionable and led to meaningful improvements in my manuscript. She caught genuine gaps in the evidence and clue chain that I simply couldn't see as the author.
