I used Horus and Microsoft Excel to organize, audit, validate, and transcribe medical records while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established procedures. I also assisted teachers by resolving inquiries related to their medical leave processes, reviewed information across multiple databases to maintain data integrity, and contributed to improving response times by ensuring efficient and accurate transcription workflows.
