Led the design department, managing end-to-end design workflows for sportswear, motocross gear, and accessories. Planned and executed in-house design production, while coordinating outsourced purchases based on project requirements. Designed labels, trims, and branding elements, coordinating with local market vendors for sampling and bulk production. Created sublimation design files and supervised the sublimation printing process to ensure color accuracy and quality standards. Developed new artwork for jackets and outerwear, converting concepts into production-ready files. Designed and developed motocross and motorbike suits graphics, managing design execution and sample approvals. Prepared screen print designs and coordinated printing to maintain consistency across production batches. Oversaw the design and production of embossing dies and rubber logos, from artwork to final manufacturing. Reviewed designs, managed revisions, and ensured timely delivery in coordination with production and management teams.
