As a UX designer at Tamba Technologies, my main focus is to enhance the user experience of web and mobile applications. My role involves a range of responsibilities and tasks that contribute to creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for clients. On a daily basis, I engage in the following activities: UX Research: We conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences. This research helps inform the design decisions we make throughout the project. UX Audits: We perform comprehensive evaluations of existing websites or applications to identify areas for improvement. Through UX audits, we assess usability, accessibility, and overall user experience, providing valuable feedback to clients. UX Critiques: As a UX designer, I participate in client meetings where I review their existing websites or applications. I provide constructive feedback, highlighting areas that can be optimized to enhance the user experience. Wireframes/Mockups: We design low, medium, and high fidelity wireframes/mockups using tools like Figma. These visual representations help communicate the structure, layout, and functionality of the digital product to stakeholders. Collaboration with Engineering Team: We collaborate closely with the engineering team during the development phase. This collaboration ensures that the design vision is translated effectively into the final product, and we work together to address any technical constraints or considerations. Testing and Iteration: After the development phase, we test the implemented designs to ensure they meet the desired user experience goals. we provide feedback, suggest improvements, and iterate on the designs if necessary, maintaining consistency with the overall design vision. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales: We also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand client requirements, align on project goals, and provide UX insights during the sales process.
